Ilene Young Law Offices is a family, community and results oriented law practice. We have successfully represented members of our community in  education law, domestic relations, children's civil and juvenile rights, and disabilities planning.  Ilene Young has represented Pennsylvania parents since 1981, with a focus on children with special needs and learning differences, in administrative, state, federal and appellate courts.
       
Recent  Verdicts and Decisions

Columbia Borough S.D.: Hearing Officer overturns District disciplinary expulsion, returns student to local schoolroom. Click to read the decision

Council Rock S.D.:  
Federal Judge upholds award of tuition reimbursement for private placement, against District challenge. Click to read the decision.

Centennial S.D.:  A student's claim for money damages resulting from violation of his education rights survives District motion to dismiss.   Click to read the decision.
